1 Anatomy of the Desktop

This lessons introduces the students to the Windows desktop and some simple customization of it.


2 The Start Button and Arranging Windows

In this lesson, the students are taught how to use the Start button to open programs as well as how to resize, maximize, minimize, restore, and move windows.


3 Files, Folders, and Saving - Part I

This lessons goes through the basic of creating files and arranging them in folders


4 Files, Folders and Saving - Part II

This lessons goes through the basic of creating files and arranging them in folders


5 The Taskbar

This lesson introduces the student to the Taskbar and how to use it to switch between programs


6 Shortcuts

This lesson introduces the students to shortcuts


7 The Control Panel

This lesson explains to the student how to customize their computer using the control panel


8 Windows Media Player

This lesson explains to the student how to use the Windows Media Player to play music and movies


9 More Windows Games

As a fun way to end the course, students are taught the Windows games of Minesweeper and Hearts.
