Phonics One Course

This course takes the students through their basic ABCs.

By the end of this course, the student should be able to:

• Recognize all the letters
  Including both CAPITAL and lowercase forms
   
• Write all the letters
   
• Make the short sounds for all the letters
  ah for the letter A, for example
   
• Recongize three pictures for each letter
  Apple, Ant and Alligator are the words for the letter A

This lesson takes students through the letters A, B and C.  By the end of the lesson, the should be able to:

• Write the letters
• Read the letters
• Make the long sound for the letters
• Recognize some basic pictures associated with the letters

This lesson takes students through the letters C, D and E.  By the end of the lesson, the should be able to:

• Write the letters
• Read the letters
• Make the long sound for the letters
• Recognize some basic pictures associated with the letters

This lesson takes students through the letters G, H and I.  By the end of the lesson, the should be able to:

• Write the letters
• Read the letters
• Make the long sound for the letters
• Recognize some basic pictures associated with the letters

This lesson takes students through the letters J, K and L.  By the end of the lesson, the should be able to:
