Carlo is in grade six and is a RYE school English student currently in level 3. Carlo is a very smart boy who enjoys math and hopes to one day become an engineer. His teacher says he has high marks in math and his other subjects.
He has 4 sisters, ages 11, 8, 5, and 4, and lives with his grandmother and his father, who is a farmer. His mother left him and his sisters and is now living with her new husband and her mother in Manila.
Carlo’s family often eats rice, vegetables, fish, and root crops.
Carlo’s sister, Charlotte, is also a RYE school English student.
